Reportedly, Brazil’s steelmakers, including Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN) and ArcelorMittal will increase flats product prices in March.

Industry sources pointed out that the new prices might be effective on March 11st and March 12nd.

It’s said that CSN will raise prices of cold rolled coil (CRC) and hot rolled coils (HRC) and galvanized coils by 6%, 7% and 8% respectively.

Meanwhile, ArcelorMittal is expected to hike the prices for CRC and HRC by 6% and 8% respectively.
